Over the next several years, Recompose will be cultivating relationships with heart-aligned partners with the eventual goal of opening Recompose locations in other states or countries. Share our values.

From its germination, Recompose has been a progressive company. We draw upon the queer feminist practices of inclusion and equity and are committed to advocating for and protecting the rights of BIPOC, religious minorities, and undocumented people. Our partners will share these values.

Too many companies pursue “growth-at-any-cost” at the expense of values and mission, employees, communities, clients, and the environment. Recompose is committed to growing our company organically, carefully, and deliberately with strong and enduring financial results. The nature of our business supports this philosophy, and we are seeking partners who are interested in long-term relationships.

Have a record of business success.

Partnering with Recompose will require experience in establishing and running a business that has a high degree of hands-on customer care. As a new venture, it requires a risk tolerance and constant, steadfast leadership.

We are seeking partners who have experience running at least one successful business. You will have managed teams, executed building projects, and grown customer bases. You will have a proven record of growth and strong references from your collaborators, customers, and employees.

Have access to capital resources.

We expect that opening each new Recompose location will require an initial investment of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. A strong partner will have access to capital to fund the establishment of a new location and/or experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with investors.
