Melissa Kuzoian

Director of Finance and Operations

Melissa (she/her) is excited to be a part of the finance team at Recompose. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University and comes with 10 years of experience growing and leading the finance team at Brooklyn Grange, a rooftop farm, events, and landscaping business in New York City. In both roles, she has found it inspiring to work for organizations creating new ways for urban dwellers to connect with the beautiful and awe-inspiring cycles of the natural world.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys cooking and baking, tending to her many beloved houseplants, long Sunday walks around Brooklyn, and live music.
