Marlene Bailey

Capital Projects Director

Marlene Bailey (she/her) drives Recompose’s expansion into new markets and establishes our new facilities. Marlene brings a broad experience in the full development cycle, including design and construction coordination, project management, asset management, organizational operations, and she loves communicating our mission with the community.

Prior to joining Recompose, Marlene developed a number of Seattle buildings and crafted a Client Customer Care program utilized throughout her previous company’s European markets.

In her free time she’s an avid reader, a comic book book enthusiast, and a casual gardener.
