Marlene used her wide-ranging development experience to deliver the Recompose headquarters. Her love for replicability and standardization established the programmatic structures for Recompose’s expansion efforts, soil partner program and the affiliate program. She loves finding ways to communicate complicated concepts and relationships in a direct and easy to follow manner, and loves to talk to folks about the benefits of human composting. Marlene is an avid reader and an enthusiastic casual gardener.
