As the Marketing Director at Recompose, she partners closely with the team to shape thoughtful narratives around sustainability, end-of-life planning, and cultural change.

Lauren brings deep experience connecting with older adults and families navigating important life decisions, with a background spanning health tech, home care, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. She combines strategic vision, data-driven insights, and a collaborative, hands-on approach to every project.
