Jordana Hall (she/her) is a licensed funeral director who believes meaningful death care starts with presence and compassion. She brings years of experience walking alongside families through loss, offering a calm and steady presence during some of life’s most tender moments.

She was drawn to Recompose’s work because it reflects what she values most: care that feels personal, intentional, and connected to the natural world. Jordana is passionate about helping families create rituals that feel honest and meaningful to them. She approaches each conversation with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

Jordana believes we can hold grace, grief, and even joy all at the same time, and that every one of those feelings belongs. More than anything, she hopes the people she serves feel seen, supported, and a little less alone.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her horseback riding through the woods or spending a cozy evening at home with family and her rescue dog, Juno.
