Alissa (she/her) leads the Outreach, Precompose, Services, and Soil teams at Recompose.

She comes to Recompose following a diverse career in the music industry, working with artists and teams all over the world. Alissa brings experience in creating new roles and systems within a growing company and an adaptable, human-centered leadership approach for the evolving workplace.

Her interests include finding inspiration and connection through art and nature, experimenting with baking projects and paper mache sculpture, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
