Eric N. Andrews

August, 11, 1980 – March 1, 2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Eric N. Andrews, a beloved son, brother, and friend. Eric was born on the 11th day of August, 1980, and he left us too soon, albeit very peacefully, on the 1st of March, 2024.

Eric, preceded in death by his mother, Jacqueline Andrews, leaves behind his sister, Amy Andrews, his father, Mark Andrews, and a host of other family members and friends too numerous to list who will sorely miss his presence in their lives. Eric’s affinity for music was unmatched. His love for the Billboard and box office charts made him the best quiz night teammate one could hope for. From The Beatles to Dolly Parton to David Bowie; game shows to TV shows to movies — he was filled with fun facts that would lead to hours-long conversations. Eric loved roaming the aisles at JL Records, Von’s, Easy Street, and Silver Platters. He was happiest at the library and the bookstore and would spend hours enjoying the quiet space and reading everything he could get his hands on.

Eric was dedicated to several causes including autism, cancer, and literacy, a testament to his generous and compassionate nature. Described by his loved ones as funny, intelligent, sincere, and generous, Eric firmly believed that everyone deserves a fair chance in life.

The legacy Eric leaves behind is one of hope and determination. His infectious smile and hearty laughter will be greatly missed by many. As we mourn the loss of this extraordinary person, we celebrate his life and the joy he brought into ours as we strive to keep his memory alive. And to set the record straight for Eric, Bob Barker > Drew Carey. IYKYK.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for the Organization for Autism Research in Eric’s name. The donation link is: (https://researchautism.org/?form=DONATIONS).
