Al was born in Newport, Oregon, on December 24, 1954. He is survived by his beloved wife, Shelley, his dear children, his cherished grandchildren, and his two loyal and faithful dogs. Al’s family was the center of his world, and he deeply valued the moments they spent together.

Al was a man of many passions, with a deep love for hiking, music, and traveling. His adventurous spirit took him to many beautiful places around the world, and he found great joy in exploring nature’s wonders.
