After your person arrives at Recompose, they are placed in our private, onsite cooler.
Each individual is assigned a unique identification number, recorded on both an identification band and a metal tag that remains with them the entire time they are in our care. They are shrouded, covered, and sheltered in full accordance with Washington State requirements.
Our team works closely with Next of Kin or Designated Agents to review legal paperwork, confirm final wishes, and coordinate any ceremonies or gatherings. If the death occurred in Washington State, Recompose will also facilitate filing of the death certificate.
