Jonathan Alma Pearson was a loving husband, brother, son, and friend who passed away on November 2, 2024 from complications from pericardium angiosarcoma at the age of 33.

Jonathan is survived by his parents Kim and Jennifer Pearson; his siblings Maddy and Will Pearson; his wife Elise Bishoff Pearson; and his grandparents Sharon and John Wilkins.

Jonathan was born on June 28, 1991 in Portland, Oregon to Kim and Jennifer Pearson. As a boy then teenager, Jonathan loved sports, especially football and lacrosse.  He was always the proud big brother. Jonathan was very intelligent and excelled at school. He went to Brigham Young University to study accounting where he met his wife, Elise, in 2012. Jonathan graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s in accounting in April 2015, married Elise on September 12, 2015 and moved to Seattle, WA immediately after to pursue his master’s in accounting at University of Washington. After graduating in June 2016, Jonathan enjoyed being a Tax Accountant and was working at Alaska Airlines before his passing.

Jonathan loved everything about bikes. He loved bike camping, commuting by bike, long bike rides, tinkering on bikes, and helping others love bikes. Jonathan also loved skiing, gardening, cooking, paintballing, and working on the house. Jonathan and Elise were happily married and loved spending time doing anything and everything together. Jonathan was a good person. He was a kind, genuine, forgiving, generous and loving person that thought deeply and cared immensely about others.

Jonathan is dearly loved and will be missed by his friends, family, wife and all who knew him. We love you, Jonathan.
