Jacki (she/her) brings a wide-ranging background in natural organic reduction processes, control systems, mechanical engineering, and team leadership. Optimization of complex processes, whether from ergonomic improvements, equipment enhancement, data collection and mining, or additional automation, is a source of enduring satisfaction. She combines the industrial with creative twists to find best fit solutions, which comes in handy while troubleshooting Recompose’s technical systems. Jacki enjoys reading, odd kitchen experiments, attempting music on the French horn, and life with her spouse and their clowder of rescued cats in Kent, Washington.
