Micah Hartowski

Micah Hartowski (she/her) supports Recompose’s accounting and business operations. Currently based in south Florida, Micah brings a broad skill set including management, organizational operations, and entrepreneurship. She holds a BS in Business Administration and a BA focused in International Studies from American University.

Prior to joining Recompose, Micah co-founded Ground Floor Farm, a beloved urban farm, restaurant, market, and community space in her hometown of Stuart, Florida. In her free time she enjoys futzing around in the kitchen, animals, and being outside in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
