In Massachusetts, Representative Natalie Higgins and Representative Jack Lewis are cosponsoring H.4036: An Act Relative to Environmentally-Friendly Burial Alternatives. The bill is currently being considered by the Joint Committee on Public Health and will likely have its first hearings in early 2022.
